Gift Aid

Huge resources will be needed to meet the challenges we face, and all the work that is necessary. Gift Aid offers a marvellous opportunity for RBST to increase its income without any extra cost to you.  With your help we can make much more of your subscriptions and donations.

Under the Gift Aid scheme, the RBST can claim back 25p from Inland Revenue for every £1 you give. For example:

• A member with individual membership could give the Trust an extra £7.50 each year without spending a single penny extra!
   
• A donation of £20 yields an extra £5.00 for rare breeds.
  
  And the benefits don’t stop there because:
   
• The Trust is able to backdate its claims to cover all payments and donations made since 6 April 2000.

If all our supporters signed up for Gift Aid, our conservation efforts would immediately benefit to the tune of an extra £41,000!
