The files below contain information concerning the Trust and the Volunteer Support Groups, operations.

Some aspects are mandatory imposed either by law or by the Board of the Trust, as they consider it essential in order to:

  • ensure all monies raised for the Trust are paid to it;
  • enable the Trust to account for the actions of its groups;
  • assist in the safe operation of the Trusts volunteers;
  • ensure groups recognise they are accountable to the Trust for their actions and the cash they raise.

Operating outside these Codes of Practice may cause the Trust to be in jeopardy with the Charity Commission.

If you have any doubts or queries, please call the office on 024 7669 6551.

Finally, thank you for committing yourselves to our unique cause. The Support Group network plays the most vital role in promoting rare breeds to the public and in communicating the national importance of our conservation work.
