It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of our friend David Walton.  Long-standing member and Chairman of the RBST Lancashire Group, David brought an enormous energy and enthusiasm to all of his projects with RBST – from an instrumental role in the removal of North Ronaldsay sheep from the island of Linga Holm 20 years ago, to his ongoing pioneering “ReBorn project” collecting embryos from some of our rarest sheep breeds. 

David will be greatly missed by all of us.

David’s funeral will take place at the new West Lancashire crematorium, Pippin Street,  Burscough on Friday 27th July at 11.30am.
