Tom Blunt, Field Officer (Southern England and Wales)

Tom Blunt joined RBST in 2014 to cover the Midlands and South East. He also farms Red Polls and various sheep breeds with his family in Buckinghamshire.

Hilary Young, Administrator

Hilary has a background in administration and joined RBST in 2010 as a part-time member of staff dealing with the many and varied enquiries received daily. When not working, she spends time with her horses and dog.

Hannah Knowles, Conservation Co-ordinator

Hannah joined RBST in 2008 and is currently responsible for coordinating some of RBSTs conservation projects, looking after our volunteer support groups and organising RBSTs national shows.

Ruth Dalton, Field Officer (Northern England and Scotland)

Expand

Ruth has worked for the RBST as the Northern Field Officer since 2010.  She and her partner graze Shetland cattle and Whitefaced Woodland sheep in South Cumbria and also keep rare breed ponies and poultry.  The cattle, sheep and ponies all carry out conservation grazing duties for local landowners and Ruth has a strong interest in using native breeds for sustainable food production and sympathetic land management.
