The Animal Management student body (student leadership team) at Banbury & Bicester College voted to raise funds for RBST once again this year. They have  also voted to make this a permanent annual event in their calendar.

Taylor Smith - Animal Management Team Lead got in touch to let us know that, although the students had time constraints due to exams, the students had worked hard with various fundraising activities. Over a weeklong fundraiser, the students managed to raise £800 this year, which is amazing.

Over the week, students sold Shetland duck, Crollwitzer turkey and Dorking chicken eggs, ran a ‘bake off’, held a baking competition for their golden guernsey kids, put on a karaoke event, and the level 3 students also delivered a presentation on duck genetics (with the help of the RBST science round up Newsletter!).

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to the Animal Management students at Banbury College for their hard work and for raising such a big amount.
