The CFB is administered by Grassroots Systems Ltd on behalf of the Rare Breeds Survival Trust. Breeders can search for animals, look at progeny lists, extended pedigrees and owner details. Ownership records are dependent upon members notifying the registry of all changes. Members can notify deaths, transfers, new births and register previously birth-notified animals 'on line'. Online Registrations. Members can notify deaths and transfers, new births and the registration of previously notified animals and flag animals available ‘for sale’ with the Grassroots Online Registry. When you have your Combined Flock Book membership number and password, visit the online flock book for your respective breed via the links at the top of this page. Once in the Flock Book site, click on 'Manage Your Own Flock'. The completed form should be sent to Grassroots Systems Ltd, PO Box 251, Exeter, EX2 8WX - remember to enclose your payment - cheques to be made payable to Grassroots Systems Ltd. Registration Fees Fees for applications completed 'on line' will be charged in accordance with the scale below. Once you have completed and submitted the application 'on line', you can either follow the links to pay over the web using a credit or debit card via PayPal or print off the report offered and send it to Grassroots with the appropriate fee.
