Volunteer for us

Did you know that RBST has a network of regional volunteer support groups throughout the UK?  These groups are an integral and important part of the organisation helping in a number of different ways including

  • Running a social calendar for members and volunteers often including meetings, talks and farm walks
  • Attending country, food and farming events to promote RBST
  • Offering advice to new breeders
  • Supporting the regional network of show and sales of rare and native breeds
  • Fundraising
  • Recruiting new members
  • Giving talks to other groups

You do not have to own stock to become a volunteer, if you can edit a newsletter, organise a quiz night, run a farm walk, provide an extra pair of hands at a show or just want to meet other like minded people in your area why wait?
