All members are warmly invited to the 2022 Annual General Meeting which is being held at Dumfries House, Cumnock, Ayrshire, KA18 2NJ at 12 noon on Thursday 10th November. 

Attendance - any RBST Members that wish to attend in person are required to inform RBST by emailing [email protected]  Please ensure that you insert “AGM Attendance” in the subject line.  

Remote Access - any RBST members that cannot attend in person, will be able to watch the AGM virtually, via Zoom. If you wish to receive the zoom link in order to watch the AGM virtually, please email [email protected]. Please ensure that you insert “AGM Remote Access” in the subject line. You will be sent the zoom link ahead of the meeting.

**Polite request: due to logistical reasons, if you wish to view the AGM via Zoom, please send your request to [email protected] by close of play on Thursday 3^rd November.

Note: any members viewing the AGM remotely will not be regarded as attending the meeting.
